To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including any sealed USB drives or binders).

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact our support team using the email or phone number provided below. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
